As Account Executive, Ms. DeLancey is responsible for matching potential client’s teleradiology needs with the services EagleEye provides, as well as ensuring that EagleEye is meeting or exceeding the expectations of current clients. As Medical Staff Director, Ms. DeLancey manages the recruiting, processing, and credentialing of EagleEye’s team of radiologists, while planning for EagleEye’s future medical staffing needs. She is particularly suited for her roles at EagleEye, bringing 16 years of varied experience in the healthcare industry. Much of that experience was spent working directly with medical groups and facilities to assess and fulfill their clinical personnel needs with highly-qualified staff. She has demonstrated success in managing the sales processes of the organizations with which she’s worked, while consistently exceeding customer service expectations. Before coming to EagleEye, she was the Director for In-Market Development of a busy surgery center where she generated new business and maintained strategic relationships with the local medical community. Prior to that role, she was the Account Manager for a medical staffing agency where she was charged with managing the entire staffing cycle. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 1992. Ms. DeLancey currently resides with her family in Arlington, Virginia.

As Account Executive, Ms. Doherty is responsible for matching potential clients’ teleradiology needs with the services EagleEye provides, as well as ensuring that EagleEye is meeting or exceeding the expectations of current clients. As Marketing Director, Ms. Doherty develops and executes EagleEye’s marketing strategy, while ensuring that communications are consistent with EagleEye’s brand and image. She brings 10 years of strategic relationship-building, analytical, and writing experience to EagleEye, half of which were spent working for the Department of the Army as a Foreign Affairs Officer for Army International Affairs in the Pentagon and as the Congressional Advisor to the Commanding General of US Army Europe in Heidelberg, Germany. In those roles, she was responsible for developing, managing, and leveraging the U.S. Army’s relationships with foreign militaries and Congress. Prior to those positions, she was the Government Affairs Manager for a major, international consulting company, where she was charged with representing the company’s interests before Congress and other federal agencies. She received a Master’s in Public Policy from Georgetown University in 1998, and graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies in 1996. She currently resides in Manhattan, Kansas with her family.

As Director of Strategy Implementation, Mr. Kasper is responsible for managing a series of strategic projects and stewarding business processes that are critical for the continued growth and success of EagleEye. He is uniquely suited for this position, having garnered 10 years of leadership and management experience in working for multimillion dollar businesses that develop and sell technology-based products and services. He brings specialized, cutting-edge business intelligence and analytic skills that will continue to enhance EagleEye’s ability to meet and exceed clients’ needs. Prior to his role at EagleEye, he was the Associate Director of Marketing and Business Development at the Advisory Board Company where he was responsible for the planning and execution of business development strategy for data analytics and consulting services for some of the country’s largest and most progressive hospitals and health systems. Before that, he served as Vice President of Implementation and Operations of the education division of Discovery Communications, where he successfully lead a large team of account managers, customer service representatives, and other personnel in support of 60,000 schools, while managing a $4.5 million budget. He also served in other critical customer support and sales capacities while at Discovery. He received his MBA from the University of Maryland in 2009 and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Art from Oberlin College in Ohio. Mr. Kasper currently resides in Silver Spring, Maryland with his family.

As Chief Operating Officer for EagleEye, Mr. Swindell is charged with overseeing the daily management and operations of the company and ensures that the entire EagleEye team is working effectively towards delivering the best client service possible. As the Chief Technical Officer, Mr. Swindell is also responsible for ensuring that EagleEye’s technology infrastructure is maximized to support and meet our clients’ needs. He is well prepared for this role, having spent the last 9 years heavily involved in the advancement of technology in healthcare, specifically targeting applications in medical imaging. Prior to that, he worked for Boeing’s Defense and Space Group where he provided engineering support to the United States Air Force Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center and such high-profile programs as Air Force One, the KC-135 tanker, and the B-1B bomber. He began his career in Boeing’s Commercial Airplane Group in Wichita, KS soon after graduating with a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University in 1990. He recently received his M.B.A from Oklahoma Baptist University. Mr. Swindell currently resides with his family in Piedmont, OK.
